Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy, John Dougherty, has created a fool-proof strategy for optimizing your health and fitness. He has utilized his 15+ years experience in fitness and his education in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy to create a series of classes that are designed to get you the body you want without spending hours in the gym starving yourself and eating bland food

Using short high-intensity workouts that are designed to burn fat and put on lean tone muscles while also being able to have the foods you want

Frisco Moms Week Participants will be able to try all 5 of our classes! 

Boot Camp

- This class utilizes high intensity interval training for a maximum calorie burn! We incorporate functional movements, a dynamic warm-up, body weight exercises, free weight exercises, and more to keep this class fast-paced, exciting, and results focused!

 

Total Body Strength

-  This class utilizes our world class Matrix circuit of machines to hit all of the major muscle groups in a single 45-minute session! The Matrix machines are designed with precision ergonomics, allowing your muscles to move through the optimal range of motion for maximizing results while decreasing the risk of injury.

 

 Cardio Core

-  This fun and heart-pumping class blends abdominal and core strengthening exercises with interval training on all of our cardio machines. You’ll improve your endurance and stamina while strengthening the cornerstone of your body’s muscular system, the core!

 

 Total Body Power

- This class utilizes our free weight area and plate loaded machines and will challenge all of your major muscle groups. If you’re looking to add muscle and improve your functional strength, this class is a must!

 

 Recovery Flow

- When pushing your body to the limit, it is essential to incorporate regular flexibility and range of motion activities to keep you injury-free and functioning at your highest level. Our Recovery Flow class incorporates a blend of light cardio exercise, stretching, and select yoga poses to help improve flexibility, decrease muscle soreness, and prevent injury.
